Tract — Terms of Use

Tract is provided by Daniel Guymer ("we", "us"). By installing or using Tract you agree to these Terms and to the Apple Media Services Standard EULA, which governs your licence to use the app.
Not medical advice
Tract is a self-tracking and wellness/educational tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concern before starting any training program.
Find Toilet limits
Find Toilet uses third-party and crowd-sourced map data. Pins can be inaccurate, outdated, or restricted. Do not rely on it as your only option in an emergency — verify on the ground. Using Find Toilet sends your precise location to Tract’s toilet lookup backend (Supabase), OpenStreetMap Overpass, and Refuge Restrooms for that search; see the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions (Tract+)
- Tract+ unlocks wellness training features. Tracking, history, exports, and Find Toilet remain available without Tract+.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your Apple ID settings.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Renewals occur unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
Acceptable use
Don't try to break or reverse-engineer the app, and don't rely on it for medical emergencies.
Disclaimer of warranty
Tract is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including incorrect restroom pins or training outcomes.
Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date above.
