What Tract is
Tract is a self-tracking wellness app. Log water and bathroom visits, review history, run bladder-training and Kegel routines, and search for nearby toilets when you need one.
It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Training features are educational. Talk to a qualified clinician before starting a program if you have a medical concern.
Find Toilet uses third-party and crowd-sourced map data. Pins can be wrong or closed. Do not rely on it as the only option in an emergency — verify on the ground.

Tract+ is an optional Apple subscription for training features: $0.99/month or $9.99/year. Payment is handled by Apple. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Privacy by default
- Health logs stay on your device (SwiftData). No Tract account.
- Find Toilet sends precise location only for the search you request.
- Optional anonymous device fingerprint for toilet-feedback rate limiting — not tied to your Apple ID.
- No ads and no analytics SDKs.
